Dr. Tom F. Foster, Jr. is the founder of Foster Animal Hospital, P.A. He earned his DVM degree from the University of Georgia in 1957 and opened Foster Animal Hospital, P.A. on October 1, 1958.
Dr. Stephen E. Foster joined Foster Animal Hospital, P.A. in 1985 and purchased the practice from Dr. Tom F. Foster, Jr. in 1990 and became co-owner with Dr. Mark Plott in 1998. Dr. Foster earned his DVM degree from Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1985. Dr. Mark A. Plott joined Foster Animal Hospital, P.A. in 1990 and became co-owner with Dr. Stephen E. Foster in 1998. Dr. Plott earned his DVM degree from North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1990.
Dr. Robin Moser joined Foster Animal Hospital, P.A. in 1995. Dr. Moser earned her DVM degree from Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1983. Dr. Ann Yowell joined Foster Animal Hospital, P.A. in 1995. Dr. Yowell earned her DVM degree from Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1985.
